Part 1 — Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information

1.1 Introduction

Clickretina Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile application Stream Loop (the "App"), a 24×7 YouTube live-streaming tool for content creators. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the App or our services.

By downloading, installing, or using Stream Loop, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.

1.2 Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email address, and profile details provided when you sign in via Google/YouTube OAuth.
  • Uploaded content: video files, metadata (title, description, tags), and scheduling details you upload for the purpose of streaming to your YouTube channel.
  • Support communications: messages or emails you send us when requesting help.
  • Subscription & billing: we receive purchase confirmations and subscription status from Google Play. We do not collect or store payment card details; all payment processing is handled by Google Play or our integrated payment gateway (PhonePe/Razorpay). The payment gateway may independently collect billing details subject to their own privacy policies.

Automatically collected information

  • Device and connection information (device model, OS version, IP address, mobile network).
  • App usage and analytics (feature usage, upload attempts, scheduling events, session duration, crash reports).
  • Log data generated when errors occur in the App.

Third-party data (YouTube API)

When you connect your YouTube account, we access data necessary to perform streaming and upload operations via the YouTube Data API v3, including channel identifiers, live-stream keys, broadcast schedules, and related metadata. We comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

1.3 How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the streaming and upload functionality.
  • Manage user accounts and authenticate identity via Google OAuth.
  • Verify subscriptions and entitlement to premium features.
  • Process payments and fulfil subscription orders.
  • Schedule, initiate, and manage 24×7 live streams to your YouTube channel.
  • Monitor app performance, stability, and reliability.
  • Respond to customer support requests.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
  • Comply with applicable law.

1.4 Sharing and Disclosure

We only share personal information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf (cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support). These vendors are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.
  • Google / YouTube: when you connect your account or invoke YouTube APIs to perform streaming operations.
  • Payment processors: Google Play, PhonePe, or Razorpay when processing subscription payments. These processors are independent data controllers and subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Legal requirements: if required by applicable law or court order, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, property, and safety.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the acquiring entity will be required to honour this policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

1.5 Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the App's services, fulfil legitimate business purposes, or comply with applicable law. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

1.6 Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls at rest — to protect your information. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

1.7 Children's Privacy

Stream Loop is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have unintentionally collected such data, please contact us immediately to request deletion.

1.8 Your Rights and Choices

  • Access & correction: contact us to request access to or correction of your personal data.
  • Account deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Deleting your account will remove your ability to schedule or manage streams from the App.
  • Revoke YouTube access: you can revoke Stream Loop's access to your Google account at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Opt-out of analytics: you may opt out of non-essential analytics by adjusting your device settings or contacting us.

1.9 Third-Party Links and Services

The App may display links to or integrate with third-party services (including YouTube, Google Play). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services. Please review their privacy policies independently.

1.10 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via an in-App notification or email where required.

Part 2 — Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Clickretina Private Limited governing your use of Stream Loop

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Stream Loop application ("App"), you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Clickretina Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Company", "we", "us").

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments.

2.2 Description of Service

Stream Loop is a mobile application designed exclusively for YouTube content creators to publish their own original content. The App enables:

  • Uploading original video files owned by the user to our servers for continuous looping.
  • Automated 24×7 live streaming of the user's own uploaded content to their YouTube channel via the YouTube Live Streaming API.
  • Scheduling and managing live stream broadcasts.
  • Monitoring stream status and performance.

Important: Stream Loop is strictly a technical broadcasting tool for creators to distribute their own original content. The App is not designed for, and expressly prohibits, streaming or rebroadcasting any third-party copyrighted material, pirated content, or any content the user does not own or have explicit rights to distribute. The Company does not produce, endorse, or take responsibility for user-generated content.

2.3 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the App.
  • If you are using the App on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
  • Use of the App is void where prohibited by applicable law.

2.4 Account Registration and Security

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be compromised or in violation of these Terms.

2.5 Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

Stream Loop offers subscription-based plans that unlock premium streaming features. Plan details, pricing, and durations are displayed in the App at the time of purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (including GST at the prevailing rate) unless otherwise stated.

Billing and Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected).
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payment is charged to your Google Play account or the payment method on file at confirmation of purchase.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' advance notice communicated via in-App notification or email. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Payment Gateway

Payments may be processed via Google Play Billing, PhonePe, Razorpay, or other authorised payment gateways. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

Note: The Company does not store credit card, debit card, UPI, or other sensitive payment instrument details. All payment data is handled exclusively by our payment gateway partners in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

2.6 User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using Stream Loop, you agree that you will not:

  • Upload, stream, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, or that infringes any third-party rights.
  • Stream copyrighted content without appropriate licences or permissions.
  • Use the App to spam, phish, or conduct fraudulent activities.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or interact with the App outside its intended functionality.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
  • Violate YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable law in connection with your use of the App.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you stream complies with YouTube's policies and all applicable laws, including those governing copyright, defamation, privacy, and consumer protection.

2.7 Intellectual Property

Company IP

The App, its source code, design, logos, trademarks, and all related content are the exclusive property of Clickretina Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for its intended purpose.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all video content you upload. By uploading content to the App, you grant us a limited, royalty-free licence to host, transcode, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the streaming service. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

2.8 Service Availability and Modifications

  • We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time with reasonable notice.
  • We are not liable for any interruption, delays, or technical failures in streaming caused by YouTube's platform, internet connectivity, or third-party services beyond our control.

2.9 Third-Party Services

The App integrates with YouTube (Google LLC) and other third-party APIs. Use of these services is also governed by the respective third-party terms:

2.10 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.

2.11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLICKRETINA PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2.12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clickretina Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your content; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

2.13 Account Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period except as specified in our Refund Policy.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Content you have uploaded may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

2.14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (as applicable). The courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at ankushkapoorconsole@gmail.com. We will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

2.15 Grievance Officer (India)

In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, Clickretina Private Limited has designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints and concerns related to the App and its content:

2.16 Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-App notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Part 3 — Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to fair and transparent subscription management

3.1 Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Refund Policy") applies to all subscription purchases made through Stream Loop, whether via Google Play, PhonePe, Razorpay, or any other payment channel supported by the App. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Summary: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins. However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances described below, and you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges.

3.2 Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

  • Google Play: Open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Stream Loop → Cancel.
  • In-App: Navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
  • Email: Contact us at ankushkapoorconsole@gmail.com with your registered email address and order ID.

Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period that has already been paid for.
  • You will not be charged for the subsequent billing period after cancellation.
  • Access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
  • Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.

3.3 Refund Eligibility

Eligible Circumstances for Refund

We will provide a full refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription in the same billing cycle.
  • Service unavailability: The core streaming feature was not available for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours due to a fault on our end (not due to YouTube or third-party platform outages), and you reported the issue during that period.
  • Unauthorised transaction: A charge was made on your account without your authorisation. (You must report this within 7 days of the transaction date.)
  • New user — first purchase: If you are a first-time paid subscriber and the App did not function as described within the first 7 days of your first subscription purchase, you may request a refund. This applies only once per user account.

Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Provided

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to cancel before an auto-renewal date.
  • Partial use of a subscription period.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service that led to account suspension.
  • Service interruptions caused by YouTube's platform, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
  • Dissatisfaction with content quality (as Stream Loop provides a technical streaming tool, not content).
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the transaction date.

3.4 Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  • Transaction / Order ID (available in your Google Play order history or payment receipt)
  • Date of transaction
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots of error, duplicate charge, etc.)

We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Note for Google Play purchases: If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, Google may handle the refund directly. You can also submit a refund request via play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Google Play's refund policy applies to those transactions.

3.5 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly without a formal chargeback.

3.6 Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Purchases made prior to a policy change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
